WHEN TAKING ON A NEW PROPERTY – I spend the time necessary to fully understand the property details so that I can accurately answer questions from prospective tenants and competently deal with any problems that may come up.
TENANT SELECTION IS MY SPECIALTY – I believe the right “match” is critical and I’m extremely diligent and picky.
MY COMMUNICATION is timely, honest, direct, and precise. I send clear, accurate monthly financial statements
NEW LANDLORDS – Many of my clients are property owners who have never been landlords. In fact the home they’re offering for rent is often their own residence. I specialize in walking those owners through the process and, if necessary, I help them deal with the emotional effect created by not only giving up a home, but by renting it out to strangers.
MAINTENANCE – I respond to maintenance issues in a timely and professional manner. I can recommend responsible and qualified building tradespeople, although owners are welcome to specify their own. I do NOT mark up bills from the maintenance people as many property managers do.
